    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: January 5, 2022 at 11:59:00 p.m. PST

    Draw
    Raffle draw: January 7, 2022 at 10:00:00 a.m. PST

    Draw will be held at Victoria Hospitals Foundation, Wilson Block-1952 Bay St, Victoria, BC V8R 1J8

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://visions.rafflenexus.com/winners on January 7, 2022.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Victoria Hospitals Foundation.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Victoria Hospitals Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

As Island Health’s charitable partner, we raise donations for medical equipment, special projects, education and research across all 11 areas of care at Royal Jubilee, Victoria General, and Gorge Road hospitals. You can help keep our hospitals on the leading edge and ensure that all Islanders emerge stronger from the lasting effects of the pandemic.

Important dates

Main Lottery Sales Deadline: Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
Main Lottery Draw: Friday, January 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

Each ticket purchaser will receive a Teddy Bear delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. The number of Teddy Bears delivered will correspond to the number of tickets purchased.
